Bottleshot was created by Annie Mitchell and Charlotte Dales, both longstanding cold brew lovers, growing up with New Orleans cold brew always in their homes. Charlotte moved to London a decade ago to launch her company Cake Technologies and, several years later, Annie joined her team.
Much to our disappointment, we couldn't find an authentic cold brew anywhere in London. We missed its delicious, full-bodied flavour profile and its powerful, yet smooth caffeine high. Not drinking cold brew was quite a blow to our daily routine!
After Charlotte successfully sold Cake Technologies to a Fortune 500, we seized the opportunity to create our own cold brew brand. We wanted to offer a convenient, delicious coffee drink that is always high in caffeine and not loaded with excessive, artificial sugar. With the help of our local barista, a few coffee experts, and Soho House's beverage team, we developed and perfected the Bottleshot recipe. One year and one key new team member later, here we are. We are thrilled to introduce an authentic cold brew to our home away from home.
We're proud to be female-run and we focus on honest and ethical practices like our Rainforest Alliance certification, aluminium cans, and working to recycle our coffee grinds for vegetable mulch.
